Terms of Payment
Full payment at the time of treatment is required. We endeavour to provide the highest standard of treatment to your pet. If cost is a concern to you, please discuss this with the vet as treatments can sometimes be streamlined to fit certain budgets whilst still having a very positive outcome.
We recommend pet insurance for your pet to help with unexpected bills for accidents and illnesses. For preventative health care, we recommend our practice pet health plan which allows you to budget throughout the year.
When your pet’s vet fees are not covered by pet insurance, we can offer an interest free credit arrangement paid over 6 – 12 months through a third party. This needs to be set up before treatment is started and authorisation will depend on an individual’s circumstance.
We work closely with the Blue Cross and the Dogs Trust and can offer financial assistance to the cost of treatment in certain circumstances. This depends on client eligibility and the pet’s condition, please discuss this with your vet.
We also support discounted neutering schemes through the Dogs Trust and our local Cats Protection. Please phone the surgery to check for eligibility.
